REE proposes changes in the RCP (Spanish secondary regulation service) due to the incorporation of the system to the European PICASSO platform and to comply with European regulations. In this project, the necessary changes are analyzed, and simulations are carried out to evaluate the proposed algorithm for the control system and the method for service validation, as well as to make the necessary adjustments.
Layman's summary: This project analyzes the changes proposed in the RCP for the incorporation of the Spanish secondary regulation in the Picasso system and to comply with European regulations.
